Financial Aid Night for Seniors and their parents

5:00 – 7:00 PM
MHS Media Center
Professionals will be on hand to assist in FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) completion.
If applicable, please bring the following documents:
- Your Social Security number
- 2021 Tax Return Information
- Your parents’ Social Security numbers, if you are a dependent student
- Your driver’s license number, if you have one
- Your Alien Registration number, if you are not a US citizen
- Federal tax information or tax returns including IRS W-2 information
- IRS 1040
- Foreign tax returns, IRS 1040NR, or IRS 1040NR-EZ
- Records of untaxed income, such as child support received
- Information on cash, savings and checking account balances and investments
